Meet our founder Jasmine MacCharles

Jasmine's desire to help others find success started while she was still in University.  She would volunteer to design the perfect resume for friends, with the promise to make them stand out against the competition.  It was no surprise that she started a full time career in Recruitment and Selection soon after.  12 years later, her work has translated into over 10 thousand Hamiltonians finding great success in their search. 

Jasmine's professional experience includes the promotion to Senior Recruitment Consultant, Customer Servicer Manager, and most recently, as Talent Management Coordinator for Hamilton's largest private employer, ArcelorMittal Dofasco.  Jasmine is working on her HR Law Certificate with DeGroote Law School and is a candidate for the CHRL Designation.
